1109 Congress St NE – Site Development
This plan (1109 Congress St NE) included a PUD, EISF and Design Development for design build by the contractor. For this project I provided the contractor with multiple viable options that the could price out in order to get know all their options. Stormwater Management was achieved with green roof, permeable pavement, and green infrastructure in public space. The civil scope also included land development, utility connection, truck routing, sub-division, alley closure, sidewalk easement, dry utility and etc.
