1900 Kendall St NE Washington DC – Site Renovation

This project was to convert an existing abandoned warehouse to have more viable options. The civil scope included a green roof, bio-retention design, parking layout, grading, paving, etc. These designs were updated after a feasibility analysis without any additional cost.
