Takoma Theater Washington DC Renovation

This site (Takoma Theater) required new utility installation to DC Water, DOEE sediment control plan as a result of the new parking layout and DDOT approval to maintain parking drive and traffic control plans. This plan also included the regrading and paving of the parking area, with new stormwater sewer connections.
